Hassell Brisbane studio is seeking an experienced Business Coordinator to support Principals and leadership, coordinate meetings, travel, events and manage studio administration. You’ll help create an organised, connected environment and contribute to client relationships.
The role requires a proactive, organised and approachable candidate with strong MS Office and InDesign skills, plus experience preparing submissions/bids. Hybrid work with development opportunities is offered.

In every studio, our dynamic Business Support teams build, maintain and improve the foundations that allow us to keep collaborating with our clients, partners – and each other. With talented team members integrated across the business, the team keeps Hassell running smoothly through administration, document control, graphics production, facilities and operations, business development, and process management.
About the role
We’re looking for an experiencedBusiness Coordinator with at least 5 years’ experience to support the smooth running of our Brisbane studio. As a key point of contact for staff, clients and visitors, you’ll help create a welcoming, organised and connected studio environment.
This is a varied and collaborative role, supporting Principals and leadership, coordinating meetings and events, assisting with projects and business development, and providing broader studio support. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and approachable, with a positive attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities.
