Job summary

XPT Software in Sydney, Australia is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 6–8 years of experience to support our Cybersecurity team in defining and delivering DevSecOps initiatives.

You will gather and document business, technical, and security requirements, develop user stories and process flows, and facilitate workshops across Cybersecurity, DevOps, Engineering, and Architecture teams. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to translate business and security requirements into actionable technical specs.
• Familiar with Secure SDLC and DevSecOps concepts.
