Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Business Analyst with 6–8 years of experience to support the Cybersecurity team in delivering DevSecOps initiatives.

You will gather and document business, technical, and security requirements, translate them into actionable specs, and collaborate across Cybersecurity, DevOps, and Engineering teams to improve secure software delivery.

Qualifications

• Gather and document business, technical, and security requirements.
• Develop user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Facilitate workshops across Cybersecurity, DevOps, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
• Good understanding of Secure SDLC, CI/CD, GitLab, Argo CD, and SAST.
• Support testing, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to translate business and security requirements into clear and actionable technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver DevSecOps initiatives for the cybersecurity team.
• Document acceptance criteria and maintain functional specifications.
• Lead workshops with Cybersecurity, DevOps, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
