Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cyber Business Analyst for a 9‑month contract in Bella Vista with a flexible hybrid setup.

Your role bridges cyber security teams and business stakeholders, translating complex security requirements into actionable outcomes and driving agile delivery. You will elicit requirements, document BRDs and functional specs, and facilitate workshops to ensure alignment across technical and business domains.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large organisations.

Are you an experienced Cyber Business Analyst ready to make an impact on critical security initiatives? We’re seeking a skilled professional to join a high-performing team on an initial 9 month contract based in Bella Vista, with a flexible hybrid working model.

About the Role

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving cyber security initiatives through strong business analysis, agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with cyber teams, architects, and business stakeholders, you’ll help translate complex security requirements into actionable outcomes.

Location & Flexibility

• Hybrid working (onsite + remote flexibility)

Contract

• Initial 9 month contract (with potential extension)

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Elicit, analyse, and document business & technical requirements
• Translate cyber security concepts into clear user stories and documentation
• Produce BRDs, functional specs, and process maps
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions

Cyber Security Initiatives

• Support SIEM, SOC, cyber data, and risk/compliance programs
• Conduct impact assessments and control mapping
• Track remediation activities and collaborate with security teams

Agile Delivery

• Partner with stakeholders to prioritise business value

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• Provide clear communication on progress, risks, and dependencies
• Act as a key liaison between cyber teams and the business

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
• Experience delivering cyber security or information security projects
