This six-month fixed-term opportunity is ideal for a Business Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of digital experience, user needs and organisational improvement. Reporting to the Project Manager, Website User Experience Enhancement, you will support the discovery phase of an initiative to shape the future of UOW’s website experience, operating model and content governance approach.
Working across faculties, divisions and technology teams, you will gather and analyse requirements, explore how people use and manage the University’s website, and identify opportunities for improvement.
You will translate research, data and stakeholder insights into clear findings and practical recommendations, supporting the development of the business case for the next phase of the initiative. This is an opportunity to contribute to a key strategic priority and help improve the digital experience for key audiences.
This position sits within UOW’s Brand and Marketing Division, which leads the University’s brand, marketing and digital engagement, including its website and digital channels.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, Brand and Marketing teams, Information Management and Technology Services (IMTS), faculties, divisions, and external agency partners to build a shared understanding of user and organisational needs and inform the future of UOW’s online experience.
