Job summary

Synergy, based in Western Australia, is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12-month Max-Term contract in the Customer Projects & Enablement team, located at the Perth Central Park office. The role focuses on analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating needs into practical solutions that deliver value for customers and the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solution-focused outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, meetings and requirements-gathering activities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to influence across diverse stakeholders.
• Business analysis including process mapping and documentation with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Investigate business challenges and analyse processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to gather, document and prioritise business requirements aligning with objectives.
• Develop high-quality analysis artefacts including requirements docs, process maps and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with project teams, developers and SMEs to evaluate options and support delivery.
• Support testing, readiness and implementation to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes.
