Job summary

Genesis It&t Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Operations Analyst to support a major ANZ transformation programme in Sydney CBD. You will work with local stakeholders and a global Change team to drive business analysis, UAT, operational readiness and go-live activities.

Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, creating user stories and process maps, coordinating testing, and contributing to training and go-live

Qualifications

• Proven BA/Operations/Change Analyst experience in financial services or Insurance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
• Hands-on UAT and testing coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Operations Analyst to support a major ANZ transformation programme. Working closely with local stakeholders and a global Change team, you'll play a key role in business analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational readiness, and go-live activities.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Change Analyst.

• Hands-on UAT experience.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Insurance or financial services experience is highly regarded.
