Job summary

You will guide process improvements, bridge IT and business gaps, document detailed analyses, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and better customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven business analysis experience with analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Adaptability and flexibility across project stages.
• Strong requirements facilitation and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison abilities.
• Police Check for Aged Care less than 12 months old at commencement.

Responsibilities

• Guide the businesses in improving processes, products, services and software.
