BaptistCare is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, focusing on Residential and Retirement Living. You will elicit requirements, map processes and design improvements for aged care–specific workflows and supporting technologies.
The role sits within the Information & Digital team, offering hybrid work arrangements from Norwest, NSW or Camberwell, VIC, and aims to deliver high-quality outcomes across a growing care community.
As a Business Analyst, you will work with stakeholders from all parts of BaptistCare to elicit requirements and capture business needs, to articulate and document business requirements, to conduct as-is/to-be business process mapping and business process design, to participate in project delivery through design reviews and walk-throughs, to validate and communicate outcomes. This position is dedicated to the Residential and Retirement Living portfolio, with a focus on aged care–specific processes and supporting technologies.
