Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Business Analyst within the Enterprise Productivity and AI Platform team. You will help shape the strategic direction of our enterprise technology platforms and maximize the value they deliver across Macquarie.

You will gather and prioritise requirements with stakeholders and technology teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting balanced, practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, ideally within banking, financial services, or a similarly complex environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and build trusted relationships across business and technology teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience translating business requirements into practical and efficient solutions.
• A curious and open-minded approach, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working in agile environments, with a focus on delivering customer value, leading change, and supporting successful business outcomes.

Our Enterprise Productivity and AI Platform team delivers and supports the tools that enable collaboration, innovation, and productivity across Macquarie. We manage and enhance enterprise-wide platforms including project management, knowledge sharing, service management, and developer tools, helping our people work more effectively while leveraging emerging technologies and artificial intelligence to create better outcomes.

What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst within the Enterprise Productivity and AI Platform team, you will help shape the strategic direction of our enterprise technology platforms and maximise the value they deliver across Macquarie. You will working closely with stakeholders and technology teams to gather and prioritise requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of solutions that balance business needs, user experience, and platform sustainability. Your work will contribute to enhancing productivity, driving innovation, and improving the experience of colleagues across the organisation.
