Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a Business Analyst to shape the strategic direction of our enterprise technology platforms and maximise value across the organization. • Experience in business analysis, ideally within banking, financial services, or a similarly complex environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and build trusted relationships across business and technology teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience translating business requirements into practical and efficient solutions.
• A curious and open-minded approach, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working in agile environments, with a focus on delivering customer value, leading change, and supporting successful business outcomes.

Our Enterprise Productivity and AI Platform team delivers and supports the tools that enable collaboration, innovation, and productivity across Macquarie. We manage and enhance enterprise-wide platforms including project management, knowledge sharing, service management, and developer tools, helping our people work more effectively while leveraging emerging technologies and artificial intelligence to create better outcomes.
