Job summary

Michael Page Australia seeks a Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, process improvement and digital transformation for a global tech and consumer electronics leader. You will build Power BI dashboards, integrate cloud-based solutions and support API/RPA initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience, with a plus for Korean-speaking collaboration with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within the retail or technology sector.
• Korean-speaking skills are ideal to collaborate with senior stakeholders
• Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering system integration, automation or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Power BI, databases, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with APIs, RPA tools (e.g. UiPath) and Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
• Proactive, adaptable and passionate about leveraging technology and AI to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
