Vertaview Group in Brisbane CBD is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to untangle complex problems, partner with stakeholders and deliver meaningful improvements across transformation initiatives.

You'll collaborate with operational leaders and technical teams to translate challenges into practical, value-driven solutions, driving discovery, analysis and documentation of requirements while supporting delivery and testing.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analyst experience delivering transformation, technology or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and drive outcomes.
• Experience gathering, documenting and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently; experience in disability, health or community services is highly regarded.

Are you an experienced Business Analyst who loves untangling complex problems, challenging the status quo and delivering meaningful business improvements? This permanent full-time opportunity, based in Brisbane CBD, offers the chance to join a purpose-driven organisation where you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to shape transformation initiatives, optimise processes and help deliver solutions that create lasting impact.

Reporting to the Portfolio & Delivery Lead, you'll join a collaborative team of five in a modern delivery environment where your expertise, curiosity and ability to bring clarity to ambiguity will be highly valued. Working across multiple business improvement and technology initiatives, you'll play a key role in transforming ideas into practical outcomes that support the continued growth and success of the organisation.

About the Role

This is not a role where you'll spend your days simply documenting requirements. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, understanding how work really happens, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping stakeholders navigate change with confidence.

Working across multiple initiatives, you'll partner with operational leaders, technical teams and project stakeholders to drive discovery, analyse business challenges and translate needs into practical, value-driven solutions.

You're an experienced Business Analyst who knows how to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions constructively and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.

You thrive in environments where no two days are the same and enjoy working through ambiguity to uncover practical solutions. You're equally comfortable facilitating workshops with business leaders, collaborating with technical teams or analysing complex processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
