Bupa Australia is seeking a dedicated B Business Administrator (Customer Services Consultant) to guide residents and families from enquiry to arrival, delivering a warm, informed experience. You’ll work with admissions, payroll support, and frontline operations to maintain a welcoming home and compliant processes.
Based at a Bupa Care Home in Melbourne, you’ll champion high standards in resident experience and employee support while coordinating rosters and member services.
Become a key part of a supportive, collaborative team that keeps our Care Home running smoothly. As a B Business Administrator (Customer Services Consultant CSC) at Bupa, you’ll guide residents and families through the full “enquiries to arrivals” journey — from the first conversation to settling in — offering a warm, confident, and informative experience at every step.
Alongside admissions, you’ll also support essential operational functions behind the scenes. Working closely with your fellow CSC, our General Manager, and our Centralised Admissions team, you’ll help maintain compliance, coordinate rosters, assist with payroll processes, and provide professional front‑of‑house support that keeps our home welcoming and well‑organised.
As a key leadership presence within the home, you’ll champion high standards across both resident experience and employee support.
