ID Ecological Management is seeking Bush Crew Members to restore and protect conservation areas across Gippsland. You'll work outdoors, contribute to Victoria's natural environments, and gain training and career growth within a supportive team.

Role offers flexible options: full-time, part-time or casual (3 days per week minimum). Entry level to Team Leader positions available, with a focus on safety and conservation best practices.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability or strong interest in weed control, revegetation and bushland restoration.
• Knowledge of local native and weed species.
• Safe and efficient use of brushcutters, herbicide application equipment, and hand tools.
• Clear communication with team members, clients and the public.
• Understanding of OH&S and environmental best practice.
• Experience in Conservation and Land Management (Certificate II–IV or equivalent).
• Driver's licence is essential to start/finish on site.
• Tertiary study in Conservation, Environmental Science or similar (preferred).

Join a leading ecological restoration team improving Victoria's natural environments.

ID Ecological Management is seeking motivated Bush Crew Members to help restore and protect significant conservation areas across the Bass Coast, Latrobe Valley and Gippsland areas.

You'll work outdoors, make a tangible environmental impact, and develop your skills and further your training within an experienced, supportive team.

Flexible options - choose between full-time and part-time or casual (3 X days per week minimum required).

Preferred Skills and Experience

Certificates/licenses

• Current Victorian Drivers License (Manual preferred).
• First Aid Level 2 (preferred, not essential).
• Chemcert, ACUP or equivalent (preferred, not essential).
• *OHS Construction Induction Card (Required).

* Candidates without these licences may still apply but must be willing to obtain them as part of the onboarding process.

This role involves physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions. All work is conducted in accordance with our Occupational Health and Safety Management System to ensure a safe working environment.
