Job summary

ComfortDelGro Corporation Australia (CDC NSW) is seeking a skilled Panel Beater for our Dural Depot to maintain and repair our bus fleet, restoring panels to factory condition with metalwork, welding and precision.

You will inspect damage, estimate time and materials, remove and replace panels, fabricate parts, and ensure high-quality finishes in coordination with the painting team, while upholding safety standards and department quality controls.

Qualifications

• Proficient use of hand and power tools required.
• Strong welding and metalwork skills essential.
• Experience with heavy vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damage and estimate repairs and materials.
• Remove, repair or replace damaged panels; weld and finish surfaces.
• Fabricate parts as needed and ensure accurate fitment and alignment.
• Coordinate with painting team for high-quality finishes.
• Adhere to health, safety, and quality standards.
