Presbyterian Ladies' College, Sydney is seeking professional and experienced Bus Drivers to join our team on a casual basis. This key role ensures the safe and efficient transport of students during term time, primarily for morning and afternoon routes.

As a Bus Driver, you will operate school buses safely, transport students to and from school and on excursions, and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicles.

Qualifications

• MR licence is required.
• HR licence is preferred.
• Demonstrated safe driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• School bus driving experience desirable but not essential.
• Bus Driver Authority required.

Responsabilités

About the Role:

PLC Sydney is looking for professional and experienced Bus Drivers to join our team on a casual basis. This key role is essential for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of students during term time, primarily for morning and afternoon routes.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Operating school buses safely and professionally, strictly following all road rules and regulations.
• Transporting students to and from school, as well as on excursions and overnight trips.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the buses.
• Adhering to the College's safety protocols and procedures.

Skills and Requirements:

• A minimum of a Medium Rigid (MR) driver's licence is required, with a Heavy Rigid (HR) licence being preferred.
• A proven record of safe driving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in school bus driving is desirable but not essential.
• Bus Driver Authority required.

The successful applicant must provide a Working With Children Clearance Number and date of birth.
