Job summary

Complete Staff Solutions is seeking a friendly, reliable Bus Driver for a two-week assignment commencing 16 October, transporting aged care residents to outings and activities throughout the Illawarra and Sydney.

Working Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am–4:00pm, you’ll help residents enjoy their outings by providing safe, comfortable transport and a welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• Current LR or MR driver licence required.
• Bus Driver Authority required.
• National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Patient, respectful approach and strong communication skills.
• Availability for two-week assignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents to and from scheduled outings and activities.
• Support residents to board and exit the bus safely.
• Complete vehicle safety checks and report any issues.
• Coordinate with care staff to keep outings running smoothly.

Your duties will include:

Driving residents to and from scheduled outings and activities.

Supporting residents to board and exit the bus safely.

Completing vehicle safety checks and reporting any issues.

Working with care staff to keep outings running smoothly.

To be considered, you will need:

A current LR or MR driver licence.

A current Bus Driver Authority.

A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one for the role.

A patient, respectful approach and strong communication skills.

Availability for the two-week assignment.

Experience transporting older people or working in an aged care environment will be highly regarded.
