Job summary

Dyson Group in Bathurst is seeking a safety‑minded Part Time Trainlink Bus Driver to deliver reliable passenger services across Bathurst, Cootamundra and Dubbo routes. You will operate overnight shifts when required and uphold our commitment to safety and community.

The role requires an MR licence (HR preferred), a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a company medical. You will work with a supportive team and have access to development opportunities and an above‑award hourly rate.

Qualifications

• MR licence required, HR preferred.
• Clean driving record and compliance with safety procedures.
• Working with Children Check (employee category) and ability to pass medical.

Responsibilities

• Operate Trainlink service Bathurst–Cootamundra and Cootamundra–Dubbo, including overnight shifts.
• Pickup and drop-off passengers according to scheduled times.
• Report defects to maintenance and follow procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and work instructions.
• Communicate effectively with team members.

We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Part Time Bus Driver in Bathurst. Specific duties include:

• Operating our Trainlink service from Bathurst to Cootamundra & Cootamundra to Dubbo including overnight shifts
• To pick up and set down passengers as per scheduled times set out on the current running boards supplied
• Report any defects to the maintenance area as per current procedure.
• Ensure all work instructions are carried out as directed in line with company policies and practices
• Effectively communicate with other team members.

About You:

• Currently hold an MR licence, preferably HR and a clean/safe driving record
• Driver Accreditation (DC)
