Job summary

Kinetic is seeking experienced bus/coach drivers to operate the NSW TrainLink service connecting Griffith with Cootamundra and Wagga Wagga. You’ll join a long‑standing regional operator that values safe driving, customer service and reliability across regional Australia.

Based in Griffith, you’ll be part of a professional team with on‑the‑job training, 24/7 support, a uniform, meal break facilities and opportunities to progress your career within a growing transport network.

Qualifications

• Heavy vehicle driving licence MR or above required.
• Bus Driver Authority or equivalent bus operation authority.
• NSW Working with Children Check completed or eligible.
• Clean driving history and willingness to pass a company medical.
• Current first aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to satisfy onboarding and safety training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate NSW TrainLink coach services on Griffith–Cootamundra and Griffith–Wagga routes.
• Provide safe, reliable passenger service with high customer standards.
• Adhere to timetables, safety policies and road rules while on regional/highway routes.
