Port Macquarie Hastings Council is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor Compliance to join the Environmental and Regulatory Services team. The role focuses on expanding qualifications in Building Surveying and applying critical thinking to regulatory matters.
Key duties include issuing Building Information Certificates, inspecting caravan parks and pools for compliance, and supporting investigations into complaints and fire safety issues.

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent 35 hours perweek
Salary (exclusive of super): Starting in the range of $101,015 to $113,067 depending on experience
