Job summary

JG King Homes, Victoria's leading steel frame builder, seeks an energetic Building Supervisor to join our Wodonga team covering Wangaratta and Benalla.

This is a hands-on, full-time role reporting to the Construction Manager and overseeing all aspects of building and construction from pre-site inspections to ICC completion and handover, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction activities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
• Understanding of Victorian volume home building industry.
• Current driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervising all construction related activities.
• Manage schedule & coordinate the construction of homes from pre site inspection through to signed ICC completion & handover.
• Check that all works are in accordance with the working drawings;
• Ensure the proper completion of maintenance in conjunction with Office Administrators
• Ensure a safe working environment on all site following OHS & E practices;
• Ensure all contractors & suppliers confirm to the company's requirements with respect to insurance and other statutory requirements
• Effectively ensure the client company relationship is maintained at all times
• Following strict process and procedures

The Building Supervisor will report to the Construction Manager. This hands on, Full-Time position will operate all aspects of Building & Construction.

Duties Include
