Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Building Services Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of building services and utilities across major infrastructure projects in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing building services delivery across major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic systems and their integration.
• Skilled at building collaborative relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Demonstrated ability to drive safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes.
• A proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes while mitigating project risks.

• Preparation and management of commissioning strategy.
• Champion innovation, constructability, and best practice to ensure successful project outcomes.
