Job summary

Laing O’Rourke is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Unite32 project in Brisbane CBD to help administer and coordinate venue delivery activities and ensure governance and documentation are maintained.

You will support meetings, reporting, stakeholder engagement and procurement activities, working in a fast-paced construction environment with strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project administration or coordination within fast-paced environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for reports, meetings and governance.
  • Proactive, collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities.

About the role

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinatorfor the Unite32 project in Brisbane CBD. This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide project administration and coordination support across venue delivery activities, ensuring actions, documentation and project information are maintained accurately.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and governance forums, including agendas, minutes, action tracking and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials and project documentation to support project planning, delivery and decision-making.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, procurement activities and project administration while maintaining effective records and governance processes.
About you
  • Previous experience in a project administration, project officer or coordination role within a fast-paced project environment.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and competing demands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes and project documentation.
  • Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and confidently use Microsoft Office and project systems
