Job summary

Property Technologies in Redcliffe, Queensland, is seeking Building Services Professionals for a full-time role in our office. You will work with in-house engineers, drafters and modellers, reporting to the Engineering Manager on a range of projects. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD and REVIT drafting and have knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards.

Good written and verbal communication, plus MS Office skills, are essential. Graduate applications will be considered.

Job description

Property Technologies is a small/medium size building services consulting engineering company, formed in 1985 and works with a wide range of clients. Our office is based in Redcliffe, approximately 35Km north of Brisbane, which provides ease of access for our predominantly Northside based employees.We are looking to add Building Services Professionals to our team. This is a full-time role, in our office in Redcliffe.

ROLE & EXPERIENCE

This position will require you to work with other in-house engineering staff, drafters and modellers. You will report to the Engineering Manager, liaise with clients, builders, architects and deliver a diverse and interesting range of projects across a multitude of sectors. Therefore, applicants will be required to, at the minimum:

• Must be proficient in AutoCAD and REVIT drafting
• Have requisite knowledge and understanding of what is expected in terms of engineering design to meet NCC and Australian Standards requirements
• Be motivated and willing to learn and develop skills
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills which will require general computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, predominantly Word and Excel.

Graduate applications will be considered.

Salary will be determined based on experience.

Positions are available for an immediate start with remuneration packages above award and commensurate with experience.
