Scentre Group is hiring a Building Optimisation Engineer to improve water efficiency, asset performance and sustainability across Westfield destinations. The role combines engineering expertise with data analytics and IoT integration to standardise data and drive practical operational outcomes.
The position teams with Facilities and operations to monitor performance, develop dashboards, and roll out metering infrastructures across priority sites.
Your opportunity
The Building Optimisation and Sustainability teams play a key role in improving the performance, efficiency and environmental impact of Scentre Group's Westfield destinations.
As a Building Optimisation Engineer, you will combine engineering expertise, data analysis and technology to support the delivery of Scentre Group’s water, net zero and waste management strategies in addition to improving asset efficiency. You will play an important role in embedding Internet of Things (IoT) technologies such as smart metering, standardising data and translating insights into practical operational outcomes.
