Job summary

Scentre Group is seeking a Leasing Executive to attract and retain quality retailers across its Westfield destinations in Australia and New Zealand. You will manage new and existing lease deals, shape the retail mix, and ensure high standards of shop fit-out.

The role demands strong relationship-building, sustained performance, and a passion for iconic retail environments. With a track record of 5+ years in Retail/Property leasing, you will lead negotiations and partner with internal teams to

• Minimum 5+ years working as Leasing Executive in Retail/Property.
• Proven ability to develop long-term relationships with retail partners.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

You will be responsible for

• Attracting and retaining quality retailers
• New and existing lease deals
• Providing an optimal retail mix
• Ensure the highest shop fit-out standards.
• Building upon the Retailer relationship to ensure a continued competitive edge.

• Demonstrated ability to develop long term relationship with retail partners. Experience working in Retail/ Property as a Leasing Executive > 5 years + minimum
