We are seeking a Building Foreman to support the successful delivery of a major data centre project, driving the next wave of digital and AI-enabled growth. We are seeking experienced professionals with a track record of delivering data centre projects and an understanding of the complexities of hyperscale and enterprise-grade environments. About the role

You will oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities
• Leading subcontractors, trades, and labour hire teams
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinating materials, equipment, and site logistics
• Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders
• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
• Maintaining site records, reports, and documentation

What You'll Bring

• Trade qualification in Building/Construction or equivalent industry experience
• White Card (mandatory)
• Relevant licences/tickets (e.g. EWP, Working at Heights) highly regarded
• Proven experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and WHS requirements
• Well-developed leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
