KiaCon Pty Ltd is seeking a Building Associate to support site-based coordination and project delivery across active Melbourne construction sites. This is a full-time, on-site role with duties across scheduling, monitoring, and liaising with subcontractors under the direction of a licensed builder or project manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site coordination and monitoring of construction activities.
• Support day-to-day site operations including scheduling and progress tracking.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications to support execution.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants as directed.
• Assist with organising material deliveries and labour coordination.
• Provide updates on progress, issues or risks to the licensed builder or project manager.
• Support preparation of site diaries and construction documentation.
• Participate in site meetings and provide updates as requested.
