Weare currently seeking a passionate and motivated ProgramCoordinator to assist in the successful development andimplementation of our Braking the Cycle program at our PCYC Neranglocation. Braking the Cycle (BTC) is our driver mentor programdesigned to support learner drivers without access to a supervisoror registered vehicle to complete their logbook hours. The aim ofthe program is to provide young people with increased employmentopportunities and driver education.

Reporting to theProgram Manager, you will be responsible for building effectivenetworks and developing partnerships with community organisationsto ensure the continuity of the BTC program and to improve youthdevelopment. The role also supports the Youth Club Manager in dailyoperational management of the Club and provides appropriatereferrals for program participants to relevant communityorganisations.
