Job summary

Eptec Pty Ltd in Henderson, WA is seeking motivated Painters/Abrasive Blasters to join our project teams across a variety of sites. You will perform surface preparation, painting tasks, and operate related tools while prioritising safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years’ relevant experience, hold a Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card) and, while not essential, High Risk Tickets such as FL or EWP. Overtime and weekend work may be available.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years demonstrated painting/blasting experience.
• Hold a Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card).
• High Risk Tickets (e.g. FL, EWP, confined space) desirable.
• Strong safety mindset and team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation and painting tasks across multiple sites.
• General site maintenance and housekeeping.
• Manual handling and use of power tools.
• Work in confined spaces and adhere to safety protocols.
• Overtime and some weekend work may be available.

About the role:

We have exciting opportunities for Painters/Abrasive Blasters, to join our growing team and work across a variety of projects in the greater Henderson area.

• Surface and paint preparation.
• General site maintenance
• Manual Handling/Laboring
• Usage of equipment's and hand power tools.
• Working in confined spaces
• Overtime and some weekend work available
• Opportunity for training & development

Skills/Experience:

• Painting-decorating / Roller/brush experience
• Strong safety mindset
• Hold a Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
• High Risk Tickets e.g. FL, EWP, confined space (desirable)
• Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated experience ideally.
• Team player and safety-first attitude
