Job summary

Eptec in Darwin seeks skilled Brush Hands/Trade Assistants to join our growing team at Larrakeyah. You will perform surface and paint preparation, assist with general site maintenance, and handle manual handling tasks on busy naval/marine projects.

Applicants should have a safety-first mindset and relevant experience, with OHS White/Blue Card and high-risk tickets desirable. Training and development are provided, with a supportive, diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• Industrial spray painting experience is highly advantageous.
• Painting/ decorating experience with roller/brush.
• Strong safety mindset and compliance with site rules.
• Hold a Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card).
• High Risk Tickets (e.g., FL, EWP, confined space) desirable.
• Minimum 2–3 years demonstrated experience ideally.
• Team player and safety-first attitude.
