Job summary

The Coffee Club in Campbelltown, NSW is hiring a full-time Cook to join a busy franchise kitchen. The ideal candidate will bring experience in a fast-paced brunch service, strong teamwork, and solid communication to deliver dishes to a high standard.

You will develop and execute a diverse menu, operate commercial kitchen equipment, supervise portioning and presentation, manage stock, train junior staff, and uphold FSANZ hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is necessary.
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cooking required.
• Minimum 1 year cooking experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu.
• Operate kitchen equipment and ensure temperature control.
• Oversee portioning and presentation quality.
• Manage end-to-end kitchen operations and service timing.
• Train kitchen staff on prep techniques and standards.
• Monitor inventory and place accurate food orders.
• Ensure FIFO stock rotation and proper storage.
• Maintain FSANZ hygiene and cleanliness.
• Inspect areas and equipment for safety and operation.
