Job summary

S&you, based in Brisbane, is seeking a Construction Supervisor to manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial repair projects across South East Queensland. You will oversee scopes, schedules, budgets and quality, coordinating trades and suppliers from start to finish.

This hands-on role requires solid supervision experience, knowledge of WHS and building codes, and the ability to keep multiple projects moving while maintaining client service.

Qualifications

• Strong experience supervising domestic and commercial repairs and construction.
• Experience estimating building repair works.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of building codes and Australian standards.

Responsibilities

• Compile and deliver detailed scopes of work
• Plan, schedule and manage multiple repair projects
• Coordinate trades and suppliers to meet deadlines
• Ensure works stay within budgets and profitability targets
• Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders
• Drive compliance with WHS and safety procedures
• Source new trades and suppliers as needed
• Forecast completion dates and keep delivery on track
• Maintain quality from start to finish
