Bay Building Services is seeking a Supervisor to manage a diverse portfolio of repair jobs across the Brisbane area, delivering residential and commercial insurance reinstatement works. You will oversee multiple projects with varying scale, ensuring on‑time delivery, quality outcomes and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires strong supervision, budgeting, scheduling and stakeholder liaison skills, with training provided to support growth within this values‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Solid supervision experience in medium to large domestic/commercial repairs.
• Proven estimating skills for building repairs on domestic/commercial properties.
• Experience working with clients, building consultants, trades and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Interpersonal skills for long-term relationships with customers.
• Experience in insurance repair industry is beneficial.
• Understanding of building process, inspection points, permits and WHS requirements.
• Understanding of building codes and Australian standards.
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction or trade background is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Engage trades and monitor progress across projects.
• Forecast monthly revenue based on completion dates.
• Prepare detailed schedules and budgets for repairs.
• Ensure quality assurance and WHS compliance on site.
• Liaise with clients and coordinate procurement of subcontractors.
• Manage budgets to deliver profitable outcomes.
• Onboard and manage subcontractors and suppliers with procurement.
• Provide accurate progress updates for stakeholders.
