Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Brisbane team. You will lead projects from planning through delivery, coordinating with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You’ll rely on your local knowledge of Brisbane’s planning and construction environment, manage stakeholder groups, report regularly, and drive project controls while working in a flexible, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of project management experience, ideally client-side or in a consultancy.
• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline
• Strong communication and relationship skills, and the ability to handle complex stakeholder groups with ease.
• Sharp organisational skills and close attention to detail
• The self-motivation to run projects independently while still contributing to a team that spans several states

Responsibilities

• Run a portfolio of projects at different stages, from early feasibility through to completion
• Use your knowledge of Brisbane’s planning and construction environment to give clients sound, practical advice
• Keep clients, consultants and project teams informed with clear, regular reporting
• Apply strong controls across programming, cost management and risk
