Job summary

Laing O’Rourke is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Unite32 project in Brisbane CBD to help administer and coordinate venue delivery activities and ensure governance and documentation are maintained.

You will support meetings, reporting, stakeholder engagement and procurement activities, working in a fast-paced construction environment with strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in project administration or coordination within fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports, meetings and governance.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide project administration and coordination support across venue delivery activities.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and governance forums with agendas, minutes and follow-up.</li>
• Prepare reports, presentations and project documentation for planning and decision-making.
• Support stakeholder engagement and procurement activities while maintaining records.
