Job summary

You will provide project administration, coordinate meetings, and support reporting, governance and stakeholder engagement to help deliver complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project administration, project officer or coordination role within a fast-paced project environment.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and competing demands.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes and project documentation.
• Proactive and collaborative, with ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and use project systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide project administration and coordination support for Unite32 activities in Brisbane CBD.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and governance forums with agendas, minutes and action tracking.
• Prepare reports and project documentation to support planning, delivery and decision-making.
• Support stakeholder engagement, procurement activities and governance processes.
