Job summary

Tate & Lyle in Brisbane invites applications for a Planner to organise production schedules ensuring material availability and on-time customer delivery. Based in Wacol, this on-site role collaborates with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality and Customer Service to balance supply and demand and reduce inventory costs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Certificate IV in Food Processing or Warehousing is preferred but not essential.
• Strong SAP/MRP/Power BI and Microsoft programs competencies.
• High-level planning, administration, critical thinking skills are essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams.
• Able to commence work on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Organize production schedules meeting material availability and customer lead times
• Organise & schedule production maintenance with contractors
• Maintain SAP to schedule production, confirmations, dispatch goods, monitor stock levels
• Create Production Schedule to meet customer DIFOT in spec requirements
• Ensure safety, food safety and quality procedures are followed by all staff and contractors
• Archive goods in notes and stock adjustment forms timely
