Job summary

Mosaic Property Group is seeking a proactive Client Experience Assistant to support our Client Experience Executives in delivering exceptional service to tenants and owners across our Brisbane portfolios.

You will be part of a collaborative Operations team with access to best practice guidance and cross-functional support to ensure compliance and smooth communication with residents and landlords.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management operations.
• Customer-centric and proactive with excellent service delivery.
• Holds a valid driver's licence and own transport.
• Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Team player who collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Routine Inspections: conduct timely property routine inspections.
• Entry & Exit Reports: complete detailed entry and exit reports, and property condition assessments.
• Build strong relationships by liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Carry out other related ad-hoc duties, and further associated tasks as required.

We’re seeking a proactive Client Experience Assistant to assist our Client Experience Executives to deliver exceptional service to tenants and owners across our diverse portfolios within Brisbane:

In this role, you will be supported by a larger Operations team, Client Experience Executive team, Leasing team and Virtual Assistants, as well as have access to Stacey Holt membership for best practice advice.

You’ll handle end-to-end property management, while building strong relationships, providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance. Your key responsibilities will include:
