Infosys Brisbane is seeking an experienced Filenet Administrator and Platform Architect to lead ECM initiatives. You will configure, upgrade and support Filenet, Case Manager, Datacap, and Content Navigator in complex environments. You will design components, integrate Java applications, and guide clients on ECM strategies.

Strong consulting skills and English communication are essential. You may travel and relocate to Sydney as needed, with hybrid work options and a competitive Australian

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT with strong Filenet Admin/Platform Architect experience.
• Hands on experience in setup, configuration, upgrades, patches; strong troubleshooting.
• Expert level in IBM Filenet P8 and Content Navigator; Java/J2EE integration.
• Strong consulting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, setup and upgrade Filenet, Case Manager and Datacap solutions.
• Guide clients on ECM framework and best practices.
• Develop components of Case Manager solutions (pages, workflows, widgets).
• Develop Java/J2EE components to integrate with Case Manager/Filenet.
• Create system monitoring tools and contribute to risk remediation.
• Participate in proposals sizing and be ready to travel/relocate to Sydney.
