Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia is seeking an outcomes-focused Program Manager to lead all elements of the LAND 4140 BLOS program from Brisbane. The role sits on the BCS leadership team and involves delivering an advanced, beyond-line-of-sight satellite communications capability for the Australian Defence Force.

You will manage schedules, technical performance, and financials while engaging customers and partners to ensure successful outcomes and a high-performing, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of strong project leadership for technically complex programs.
• Proven ability to manage performance across technical, schedule, and financial outcomes in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience coordinating with customers, suppliers and delivery partners to achieve outcomes.
• Strong leadership capability with experience building high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, integration, and delivery of LAND 4140 BLOS system for the ADF.
• Lead the development of program schedules and plans.
• Accountable for the program’s technical, schedule, and financial performance.
• Contribute to BCS strategy development and execution.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with the LAND 4140 BLOS customer, partners, suppliers, and end users.
• Develop and foster inclusive, diverse, and high-performing teams.
