Qualifikationen

• Extensive knowledge of bridge design, construction, inspection or maintenance.
• Ability to analyse bridge information and interpret plans and geotechnical reports.
• Capability to survey, estimate, budget and schedule projects.
• Ability to appraise projects using financial and economic criteria.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours and travel as required.

Aufgaben

• Implement lifecycle strategies and programs for bridges within the region per TfNSW standards.
• Prepare briefs, develop, monitor and manage projects and report on progress.
• Manage collection and assessment of bridge condition data and prepare scope documents.
• Oversee service agreements and delivery of bridge projects to time, cost and quality.
• Coordinate management of third-party structures impacting state roads and safety.
• Provide specialist engineering advice on rehabilitation and maintenance projects.
• Manage surveys and inspections and report condition and inventory data.
• Analyse bridge condition and cost information to determine annual programs of works and respond to inquiries.
