Job summary

Lead and develop the Bridges team, balance workloads, manage client relationships, contribute to proposals, and oversee risk and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant Civil/Structural Engineering qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of Australian bridge design standards and road authority requirements.
• CPEng or equivalent professional registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Bridges team, creating a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Provide leadership across the team’s project portfolio, balancing workloads and resourcing.
• Provide technical leadership on complex bridge and civil structures projects for safe outcomes.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to proposals and tenders.
• Oversee delivery, quality, risk and commercial performance across the portfolio.
• Mentor and develop the team’s capability and succession planning.
