Job summary

Grace Loves Lace is opening a brand-new New Farm boutique in Brisbane and seeking a Part-Time Bridal Stylist. You’ll guide brides one-on-one, help find the perfect gown, and deliver the renowned Grace Loves Lace experience in a boutique setting.

The role features a four-day work week (31 hours) with weekend coverage and opportunities to build customer relationships, achieve sales KPIs, and grow within a luxury brand known for ethical manufacturing and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Has previous sales experience with a strong focus on customer service.
• Has a proven track record of achieving sales results and KPIs.
• Loves working with people and building genuine relationships.
• Is motivated by achieving both individual and team goals.
• Has exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Is organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Has intermediate to advanced administration skills and is comfortable using technology, including iPads and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalised one-on-one styling appointments with brides.
• Build genuine connections and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Use styling expertise to help each bride find her dream gown.
• Work towards and exceed individual and team sales KPIs.
• Accurately take measurements and style gowns with accessories.
• Follow up with brides via email and phone; manage appointment administration.
• Multitask between appointments while maintaining a high level of service.
• Build relationships with brides from initial consultation through to sale.
• Act as a passionate brand ambassador for Grace Loves Lace.
• Maintain impeccable personal presentation and boutique standards.
