Job summary

Tallboy & Moose, a craft brewpub in Preston, Victoria, seeks a Lead Brewer for a part-time role (30.4 hours/week). The successful candidate will steer the brewhouse, drive recipe development, and ensure quality across production and packaging.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial brewing.
• Experience leading a brewhouse and coordinating production.
• Knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Run brewing operations from recipe development to batch management.
• Schedule production and manage quality control.
• Maintain sanitation and regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Oversee stock, inventory, and supplier liaison.
• Package production including kegging and canning when required.
• Collaborate with taproom and brand team as needed.
