Reporting to Brewery Manager, you’ll have full accountability and responsibility for the people, safety, and quality within the brewing area. Through managing a team of brewing leaders, who lead two teams of shift brewers, you will drive a high-performance culture, ensuring our brewing operations run smoothly and efficiently. From people management, through safety leadership, to continuous improvement - this is a role that will let you make a real impact.
You have a number of years in brewing or manufacturing leadership and a passion for building high-performance teams. You’re driven by effective people management, operational excellence, and you know how to foster a culture of continuous improvement. With your leadership skills, you’ll inspire your team to push boundaries and achieve great results.
