Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking breakfast, brunch, lunch and café menu items.
• Assisting the head chef with daily kitchen preparation and service.
• Maintaining consistent food quality, portion control and presentation.
• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
• Supporting stock rotation, ordering, storage and wastage control.
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service.
• Working closely with the café manager and front-of-house team.
• Assisting with menu ideas and seasonal specials when required.
