Job summary

Cater Care is seeking a dedicated culinary professional for a full-time role in Port Macquarie. You will take ownership of shifts, maintain kitchen standards, and deliver high-quality meals to residents at Uniting Mingaletta.

The role offers daytime hours with no late finishes, autonomy in daily kitchen operations, bulk meal preparation, and a focus on wholesome dining experiences for residents. Hospitalit y Industry Award rates and weekend penalties apply.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
• Proven background in fast-paced kitchens; experience in aged care, healthcare, hospitality, or commercial catering is highly desirable.
• Empathetic and dedicated to meeting individual dietary needs and preferences.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to maintain smooth operations during weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
