Job summary

Forwood Safety is seeking a creative Digital & Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital platforms. You’ll drive brand identity, website design, and marketing visuals that communicate our mission of saving lives while supporting global campaigns.

You’ll work closely with Demand Generation and Brand Marketing to deliver high-impact assets, from ads and decks to lead magnets and product collateral, across channels with speed and precision.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of graphic and digital design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in brand identity, website design, and digital marketing design.
• Proficiency with Webflow or Framer, Figma, Adobe, and related tools.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and UI/UX best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, safety, or compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement refreshed visual brand identity across formats and channels.
• Design and build the new website with layouts, UX elements, and storytelling.
• Create on-brand eBooks, whitepapers, and tools for lead generation.
• Produce digital ads, social graphics, and event materials.
• Translate messaging into high-impact visuals for campaigns and launches.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to apply the visual identity across assets.
• Support performance marketing with conversion-optimized landing pages and paid creatives.
• Maintain visual consistency and excellence across all materials.
• Contribute to and maintain design system, templates, and asset library.
• Work with speed and creativity in a fast-paced environment.
